Cancellation Policy
Valex Flooring – Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy At Valex Flooring, we value your time and strive to provide a seamless flooring installation experience. To ensure efficient scheduling and fairness for all clients, we have established the following booking, rescheduling, and cancellation policies. 📍 1. Booking Policy Consultations & Flooring Installations: All bookings must be made at least 1-2 days in advance. Appointments are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred date. Clients will receive a confirmation via email or phone upon successful booking. Early & Late Bookings: Early Morning Appointments: The earliest available booking slot is 8:00 AM. Late Evening Appointments: The latest available booking slot is 6:00 PM. If you need a special time slot outside regular hours, contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate. 📍 2. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee. If a project needs to be rescheduled due to material unavailability, the client must notify us as soon as possible. 📍 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled date will result in a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and labor costs. Deposits (if applicable) may be partially or fully non-refundable, depending on project-specific terms. 📍 4. No-Show Policy (For Clients & Valex Flooring) If a Client Does Not Show Up or Cancels Last Minute: If a client fails to be available during the scheduled time without notice, Valex Flooring reserves the right to: Charge a no-show fee for repeat occurrences. Require a deposit for future bookings. If Valex Flooring Does Not Show Up: We take our commitments seriously. If, for any reason, our team does not show up on the scheduled date without notifying the client at least 2 hours in advance, we will compensate the client with $100 for the inconvenience. This applies only if the delay is due to our team’s fault (not weather, material delays, or access issues). 📍 5. How to Cancel or Reschedule?
